In the Norwegian road movie "Los Bando", a four-strong young rock group, is running against the grain of time to take part in a band competition at the other end of the country.
The friends Aksel (Jakob Dyrud) and Grim (Tage Johansen Hogness) want to take part in a rock band competition with their music group. Together with Thilda (Tiril Marie Høistad Berger) and Martin (Jonas Hoff Oftebro) they embark on an adventure and drive up to the north of Norway. Meanwhile they have to compete with time, the police and their own parents.
